Oven Fried Fish Fillets

Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
Fish fillets
Wesson Oil
Salt and Pepper
Italian bread crumbs
Basting sauce:
     1 stick margarine, melted
     Juice of 1 lemon
     Dash Worcestershire sauce


Preparation:
Melt margarine in baking pan in a 400 degree oven. Do not burn. Dry fish and use hands to cover well with Wesson Oil. Season with salt and pepper and roll in bread crumbs. Place in pan with margarine, skin side down. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Do not turn. Combine sauce ingredients. Use sauce for basting and serve with meal.
