Super Shrimp Ingredients: 1 bottle low calorie Italian salad dressing 1/4 pound butter Juice of 1 lemon 2 tablespoons crushed black pepper 4 pounds shrimp, in shell, no heads Preparation: Melt butter in heavy pot and add all other ingredients. Cook in 450 degree oven up to 40minutes, depending on size of shrimp, stirring every 10 minutes. Test for doneness after 20 minutes and frequently thereafter. Pour sauce into small bowls at each plate and serve shrimp on large platter in middle of table. This is the best shrimp ever! Can be stored in the refrigerator if you have any leftovers (there is NEVER any left over.) Serve with green salad, hard rolls, and lots of paper napkins. Serves 8. |
